The route begins at Las Vegas Parkway and continues along the River Mountains Loop Trail\, following a clockwise path through the Lake Mead National Recreation Area\, Boulder City\, and Henderson. Upon completing their leg\, runners will return to the Hilton for the award ceremony. The team achieving the fastest overall time will receive The Duke Nyhus/Bob Burke perpetual trophy\, recognizing their exceptional athleticism and commitment to personal fitness.
